They do it at market value, but have restrictions on how much and when they can buy. For example, i think they cant buyback in the last half hour of trading. But i wouldnt expect MYEC to get to the more restrictive stuff until they have a much higher revenue total, when it gets into percentages of the daily volume limits and such.
