Out of respect to my friends invested here I'll delay my campaign for a limited period to see if management listens and responds positively to these very standard shareholder requests.

Currently at $0.0010 UCPA is a very undervalued company that should be trading around $0.015. I hope to avoid the scenario in the paragraph above whereby UCPA ends up being very overvalued at $0.0010.

Hopefully you'll pass on the message that if the managers continue with actions that sink the shareholder ship, the shareholders have nothing to lose by remaining silent.
