Hi all..just a note from past history..the PAWS relationship began when PDC/Mesa was looking for someone to buy the receivables so they could keep producing product. Sales was never a problem, it was capital to continue producing the product while collecting the AR;s which have a long cycle due to workman's comp, which has been discussed in detail on this board. PAWs had cash and were looking for another revenue stream. The relationship then became one where PAWs with the public presence could become the vehicle for PDC to go public. It was mutually beneficial. PDC got to go public with less costs than normal and PAWS became a revenue producing company. I have been with PDC since the private placement and I can tell you this is the real deal.
