Shareholders meeting highlights

60,000 units have been paid for by NTEK to Foxconn
over 10,000 are here, rest on the way

Best Buy, Target, Walmart I think also was mentioned, will get product, everybody that uses Ingram-Micro to ship it product will have it available. Best Buy did review and demo the unit and had comments about user interface, etc. Packaging and new controller are very nice. Anyone could hands on play with one of the six TVs demos at the meeting.

Demo of NP-1 streaming movie to 65 inch Samsung TV at 6, 8, and 10 megabits. The NP-1 adjusts to your speed as it goes up and down. At 4 megabits, it says it can't do 4k. If you are 2 feet away, the same clip of this cute Asian girl was played at each of the speeds. There is more very subtle fine detail at higher speeds but 4k is very watchable up close at 6 because the picture quality is like a photo.

The NP-1 interface is much improved and the demo units at the meeting were running 4.4 versions awaiting Google approval. Seemed very good intuitive controls. No confusion as to how to get where you want to.

Sony is adding Ultraflix to its apps on its TV. As soon as Sony gives final approval to the NTEK code, it will be pushed to all Sony 4k TVs. A demo Sony unit and 65 inch TV was there running the code with Ultraflix on it.

Shocker was detail on where the money is currently being made. NTEK Roku channels are now grossing about one million dollars a month!!! Just imagine if they had something you wanted to watch!!

No business was conducted because proxies were not distributed with the dividend letter, so a separate business meeting will be held, probably late June.

NP-1 launch is probably 30 days away, because of Google evaluation not done, etc.
