Actually it was Sadler would told ewsi to treat all Chinese revenue as a VIE. Its right on sec.gov. I posted this info awhile back but Sadler is the ine whi dropped the ball with this accounting issues. Martin stated that some of the US revenue was left out as well. Whats going to happen by end of June is anybodys guess...I really think all this mess is an accounting issue.
