I checked the prior filings. It started tanking about the time the 2011 Q1 came out and the O/S increased almost 25%. Then they filed Q2, and Q3, which appeared to follow the same business as usual, on track for $300,000 loss like it had been doing historically. When the 2011 annual became due and it didn't come out, the stock got volatile and then tanked to under a penny when investors figured out it wasn't coming. At the time of the last filing, the O/S was approx. 88 Million. So, the stock price tanking after it went dark was accelerated by heavy dilution (110 Million to date if 198 Million is truly the O/S). So here we are, with the shareholder update. If the float is only 50 to 60 million, who has the rest of the shares?? The company needs them, unless they are held by insiders, to not sell them, because if we are to upgrade to the QB, then we need .01 minimum. I would feel pretty confident about getting a 100% gain at this level, and be further encouraged if no increase in A/S as apparently the company has stated won't happen. If that doesn't happen, there really is no more shares to dilute with.

I hope they have taken these 2 years and come up with a solid plan for a revival and successful re-launch of the public aspect of the company.

Part of my assessment may seem negative, but I think this is overall a positive review of our current situation (the few that even know what is happening).

Below is the chart that can back up some of what I've said, and all filings I've spoken of are on OTC Markets.
