This deal is in the better interest of Signifi so I don't think it will fall through. JMO. For Signifi it's all about taking their company public. Both have interest in the potential MJ arena. The Greater Cannabis Company needs Signifi as it will bring a solid plan to their ability to distribute. Like I said this will be huge for the shareholders. It's just a matter of gain or loss.
