I never made the assertion that one was over a billion, here was my statement, additionally I said two perhaps three offers.

My own quotes!

"I am pretty confident they have had two, perhaps even three offers with the first real one going back to Dec 2013"

"I don't believe the first one was, the second one I think was/is being given a whole lot of discussion."

As for how I came to these conclusions, I can assure you it is more than "hope" as it has been indicated. That will be all I say!
