The Dominican Goverment will benefit by getting the legitimate recovery companies back in the water. Look no further than Haiti and the looting of at least some of the Santa Maria. The wrecks in our area will be properly recovered and documented to preserve the great History of the DR. DPBM, investors and Captain Billy have always had the best intrested of the DR at heart. Food releif efforts after hurricanes, captain Billy being Santa Clause with gifts for children, employing Dominicans and supporting many local businesses.

The Santa Maria wreck is on the North shores of Haiti not many nautical miles from our recovery area. Old trade route maps put the return route back to Europe right thru our area. Very exciting!!!!!
