Buzz Technologies, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BZTG) to Consolidate Holdings – Restructure

Buzz Technologies, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BZTG) has been consolidating core assets over the last 18 months, several have been divested and the group has now only kept financial assets.

Some of the non core assets have been restructured in to subsidiaries, these have in some instances been sold, others will be sold and management has changed.

Given the extensive consolidation of assets the company has now reached a point where they have sufficient capital to focus directly in the financial sector in Asia, Middle East/Africa and Central/South America.

The new business will comprise a series of holding that cover trading, services, media and management exclusively in finance.

New of the restructure, an upgrading of the companies listing status and improvements in transparency will be announced in the coming weeks.

A number of board changes are also expected.
