Understand....Thanks! I was with ETrade but years ago around 2007 - 2008 time frame I left them and went with Scottrade. For decades ( 1966 to 1986 ) I was with Tier 1 brokerage firms Paine Webber, Smith Barney, etc. and what a huge mistake that was with the high commissions that that charge. I did make money with them and my broker ( a Senior VP with a Tier 1 firm ) did get me into some profitable investments but I'm a lot happier with Scottrade! I have been told, but I cannot attest or confirm this, that a firm by the name of Nite, Knight, ( don't know how it is spelled ) really cause havoc in the penny stock market by shorting the stocks then buying back on a dip, shorting again on a run up and just back and forth manipulating the pps.
