Yes there is no fundamental change going to Nasdaq or bond financing or stock buy back. Don't stress your selfs out by this. Focus on what RD is doing and figure out the value and the rest will fall in place. We have a 60% free-float, I e if some retail decide to rebalance it will affect the trading.
