Just a little clarification... The carefully worded release on Costco is somewhat misleading. I've been involved before and it's not a "sale" per se but a paid in store limited promotion. You go in the store, set up a booth and try and sell your wares. It's all contingency and basically you keep whatever you sell at a highly discounted price to Costco AFTER paying for the promotion. If you sell out, they might consider further involvement. If not, you're history, you take your excess stock back and they pay you basically nothing. One other thing is that by my calendar and SEC regs, this company is currently in violation of reporting standards. are they ever going to publish numbers? Theoretically they're not in violation based on zero sales but that's not what they're saying. They say they're selling and their market cap and number of shareholders should require reporting. What are they afraid of? The truth...
