Probably because their MM wants to build up
their share holdings at the same time refusing
to give up any. I know they have and continue to
do that even now. They all do it IMO.

I got out of a stOck before with a sell only
condition only to watch it sky rocket over FIVE
CENTS per share and I was originally in at .0003!

Greedy suckers! =D
