Kinda. They get their direction from the financial industry instead of self regulating like they are supposed to. So if the big guys want to impose their will down here, and they do cuz many short everything IMO, then the OTC becomes a target. The SEC can then go "see were doing our job" even though its screwing some people over or having a minimal impact. Just saw they "tightened" rules for a couple classes of OTC like it meant anything at all. Spazzes dont even realize what they r doing most of the time at the SEC.
