I think the love should be for the people that bought solar panels.

Matter fact I think he just did by allowing the change of investment rules to the previous solar panels owners.

Penny stock traders don't need love, they are not loyal.

One idea will be to give 10,000 shares of WDAS( restricted for 2 years ) for each solar panel sold.
