People need to understand one thing about pennies , when someone claims over valued, this is a stunt, or they do not have a solid understanding of a company trading in the pinks, with no significant revenue, yet doing whatever they can within the law to acquire funds to forge new business relations.

Sure there are pennies that show their true value, thats not the room we are in at the moment. Doing the math on a company that has a negative gross revenue, show me a proper spreadsheet that explains in detail those tickers such as ERBB , in which reflect share price VS. company net worth. Not going to happen.
