It is an amazing turn of events. But not really surprising. Last week the point was made about JB's brilliant and innovative managerial efforts- the best example being his gratis ZTEM overflight of NAK. And this is another. Who does such a thing? Well- first- most couldn't, since they wouldn't have the expertise to parlay into an offer in the first place. But, having the expertise and then to think of commodifying that into an asset to be used as a trading asset is really quite creative and brilliant. As I understand it, this plan still has to be finalized- and I assume this will happen on the upcoming trip. The way it is described, it certainly sounds from all the specific details as if the negotiating is far along. This should make for quite an exciting summer!
