Is There ANY Stock Shorts DONT Control???

Im soo sick of this constant short selling, naked selling shares forcing the price down day after day after.....

Just sick of it. How much are they allowed to short? Half the volume every single day?

How much more will be shorted by the end of the day?

Isn't there a limit on shorting 000 stocks? there should be
