As someone mentioned, the pps will plummet when Jason starts unloading his accumulation of shares and sends this down to 0.0001 while laughing all the way to the bank.
Considering Jason's past claims of dedication to AVVH, his sudden resignation does not add up, and indicates that perhaps the Walgreens test has failed and he has given up.
Until Jason provides some alternative valid reason, apply Occam's razor and the simplest explanation is that it's game over for AVVH, despite the rhetoric from Zamora. There is no way a CEO would resign from a company he has spent years working on right when the company is on the verge of exploding with a successful Walgreens test.
This resignation could not send a worse message to shareholders.
Zamora's words are just fluff with no substance. Game over.
