Really need these statements audited!

I just compared the Quarterly and Annual reports. The annual report disclosure on the OS is not accurate. They are missing a bunch of issuances.

It looks like the Quarterly report is accurate whcih is catching many people off guard.

The OS at 12/31/13 was 4.7b not 4.1b, so when they retired the 1b (2/17) and then issued another 400MM for debt(also on 2/17), we land at 4.1b.

So they DID NOT dillute 1 billion shares. They did settle debt for 400MM shares; and it doesnt state if it is restricted.

They will catch these error in the audit process and will have to re-issue.

Is what it is.
