EXACTLY!!!! People are so blind in here. SEC benefits from doing this. This has nothing to do with anything but "because the SEC says so". Because they simply can. No charges will be filed and no other punishment will be brought forth. This is simply to tank the stock.

I hear the word naive in here by a basher who thinks this is just their fault for rev disclosure and I will lose faith in humanity, myself!!
