Meson . . . I am beginning to think his goal is to prevent this silver and gold form getting into common public hands. ?To this end, I foresee Meson is working for very large folks, that do not want net new PMs dropped into the market they wish to control (especially as antique valued coins)? This is a different cause-and-effect 'take' than most would go to, in their reasoning of WHY MESON? I am saying Meson is hired help. By whom . . . I have no info. Just a thought for the board to ponder.
These large hauls of PMs net new to the market . . . cause a disturbance in the void . . . to paraphase Star Wars talk. Ukraine is strongly rumored to have had to ship its Kiev based PMs abroad to satisfy (and back) IMF and EU and USA 'loans' to Ukraine (to keep it going). England had to ship Gold to USA to 'cover' lend-lease program to it, during and just before USA became involved in WWII. France refused to do it. The lose of the British PMs hoard as it was only way for Britain to 'pay' for lend lease . . . helped to destablize Pound Sterling and contributed to decline of England on world scene.
Germany (in the present) has requested the return of its gold from USA to itself. USA tells Germany it will take some years to get it back (did not take that long for Germany to ship to USA during Cold War conditions). Da!
Remember that USA government stopped USA citizens from holding USA gold coins (dollars) during depression, and forced our citizens to return them to USA Mint (where they were melted down . . . thus destroying their antique and daily trade value). We must ask ourselves . . . why would a government that strongly supports the 1% . . . want to prevent common folk from holding something (PMs and antique value trade coins), that would enable these same common folk to hold in their immediate possession, a means of maintaining value during stagflation times?
Back to OMEX stock price . . . I expect drop in price towards end of day . . . as surviving retail short sellers pull out, due to fear of weekend 'effects' on their positions. Wil we see stock price below current low achieved yesterday . . . I do not know.
I really do not think we see $1.00 (hope not, even briefly). I see this as way to 'twist' OMEX arm . . . and if any USA government PMs were transferred on the ship (?), will USA government 'step' on OMEX investors again? Stay tuned folks while we go to commerical!
OMEX, (IMO) should be able to catalog a 2st return of dive finds over the weekend, and have some brief PR statement to give out Monday? They might be allowed to just state that 2st find exceeded first find amounts, by court (that wants to control everything). My way of looking at this is someone with a lot more weight than South C. state court . . . is running things? I may well be mistaken in that view. Any comments?
