There is no shortage of buyers. That's evident just with one look. Everybody wants the best price they can get. I can't imagine the current sellers are making any money. We've traded in the fives far too long.
Weak hands will give away there shares and we will move up. IMO.

Longs know what we own.

I think an update on the oil and Gas lease is overdue.
