May 15th: 10Q will be delayed:

The Company is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2014 by the prescribed date without unreasonable effort or expense because the Company’s financial review with its auditors is in process and has not been completed. The Company believes that the Quarterly Report will be completed within the five day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.



No sales in the 1st quarter, no income. What's there to audit?...
