O/S issue is not dilution, at least not yet IMO. The disclosure states that those shares are being reserved for company directors and officers. They haven't even created a stock option plan yet, and when they do they will be restricted, IMO. Ed has no plans to lose control of the company by using his shares toward directors and officers and it is accurate IMO that those shares are retired from the public float. Hope that helps.
