FSPM is indeed a scam. There have been people such as myself that have laid out the evidence day after day on this message board. SEC probably reads this board and who knows maybe they got some leads from us.

If you still can't acknowledge this after all of the evidence, then I truly am starting to feel sorry for you. Please wake up. Learn to question things. You'll be more successful that way.

I for one will be joining any lawsuit against FSPM. I lost a lot of money when the stock crashed, though luckily I did not have a position as of this morning. It was my fault for doing insufficient due diligence when I originally invested. I only starting uncovering all of the suspicious connections after I lost the money and began more research.
