I really think most of the people on this board need to take a class in financial statement analysis or at least a basic accounting course. I'm amazed at the lack of knowledge surrounding basic terms and the over-focus on aspects of a 10-k that are more than common and not of concern. Mos startups post negative cash flows, it's common. In order to grow, you have to spend money - rapid growth often means negative cash flows, so it doesn't equal a poorly run company. What matters is top-line growth (which they've shown) and prospects of maintaining that growth. Over time, that revenue growth will enable the company to become profitable....
