hain,,,,,,,,,that article explains how china jointly explores..........but they dont go on to say the final truth that china in the end rejects the join partnership and claim an area for all of its own like they did the reed bank......................maybe you dont know or have forgotten that the reed banks oil deposits were originally explored with the joint exploration under arroyo which they deemed corrupt under philipino constitution...........flash forward and the chinese dont even want to buy a 50% stake or maybe even the entire company when it was offered up to them........as if a 100 million price tag would be too much for cash rich china to just buy this on paper and avoid further public outrage.............they are simply not the smart civilization they claim to be...they are simply good crooks, ego maniacs, and forgerers of extremely cheap garbage.

i say this about chinese officials.........not chinese americans of whom i respect.
