The CEO owns 2 Billion shares & Ed has stated he will not R/S in 2014. A RS would have a negative impact on both his holdings & shareholder value. I understand you may think MYEC sounds too good to be true but if you like everything that your DD has uncovered except the large 1B float then its a solid investment. To not buy a stock that you know will grow up tremendously because of the SS just isn't justifiable.
