starfire, because Spongetech had a good business model the SEC should have ignored the lies about revenues/ phony companies/ incorrect share counts reported/ bad opinion letters/ oh and illegally issued stock in the billions? The people responsible for the business plan were also the same one convicted of the crimes. The company did not do anything wrong...people did?
