I am skeptical also. The video Rich posted has been
removed because of copyright, although there are dozens
still on YouTube when I just looked. The link Gail posted
is still up and you can see the shot of the dog approaching
on the other side of the car from the kid, is shot with a
different camera. Someone may be lawyering up, or looking
for their )15 minutes of fame here. I think the mother is
strange. This is The Morning Show segment:

Something isn't right here. If the kid was bitten that bad
he would have been screaming. Watch him jump to his
feet after his mother leaves him after she checked his leg.
This is like the balloon boy story of a few years ago.
