Outstanding shares (not authorized shares) x current Price Per Share = market value

3,909,937,651(Shares Outstanding a/o Apr 14, 2014) x .0047 (closing PPS EOD today) =
$19,940,682 (market value)

Market value is not just annual revenue but assets (inventory, real estate, etc.) as well!

So revenue showing for 2013 to be under 20 million does not mean that they are overvalued,
valuation takes into account much more than that
