Oh, I see what their referring to. Even still, I believe that $19mm refers to all the net losses trtc has incurred since inception. However, that is not trtc's current level of debt, which is equal to its current liabilities (aprox. 6mm and about 2.5mm less than current assets). The remainder of the deficit has "been paid" with shares. Somebody with a better understanding of accounting please correct me if I am wrong.
