So why hire a new CFO if the company was not going to report going forward? I still believe something is up and JBII is delaying the filling. The 10K is audited, thus it has to be correct. IF, yes I am speculating here, someone is interested in JBII, they may want all the data and audit. I have also seen companies do DD and require NO information be leaked. Thus, I am still holding long on JBII and believe something is happening in the background. JMO
