First of all, this bill isn't law. So let's get that straight. It just passed the damn committee, which means absolutely nothing. No chance Reid even thinks about taking it to the senate floor as it stands no chance there.

Second, ackman can't and won't sell. He isn't allowed to sell for at least a couple of months because of his agreement with UBS
