All things considered, the Q is great. They have substantially expanded in this quarter so cost of sales is of course going to be huge but overall it says big growth.

The cost of all that will be quickly diminished and the next few Qs will surely have a much higher profit. The company I work for has been catching up to a $10m expansion that will take years to get on top of but its a symbol of growth that is primed to reap serious profits once paid for. All just a part of growing pains. The good kind. Hope that helps
