p/e around <3 using 1st quarter profit of .14 p/s x 4=.56 EPS. cut that in half for exchange Billion dollar operation. In my figuring very cheap right now. With dividends? Excessively cheap. NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE COMPONENT. Just selling too many shares right now. 3 months I guess we shall see. .25 or ? 12.00 They are trying to market the shares now. Looks to me like a quarter of them have changed hands too. New buyers from bank holdings. This looks like a good play for a Young person. This price drop might not hold long as the market absorbs those shares. This one seems like it should be good. Way off the value right now. Wait till the dividends kick in, Look at the past ones. 3 cents is a realistic speculation on this quarter. Portugal telecom is not included in the funds being made yet. Probably should not buy a money making dividend paying company anyways. It just makes sense.
