"repurchase up to 100,000,000 (100 Million) shares of its common stock as part of an overall capital restructuring."

Excerpt from a NY#$:F PR ...

"repurchase up to 103 million shares to offset the dilutive effect of potential conversions of certain senior convertible notes, and up to 12.6 million shares will be repurchased to offset the dilutive effect of share-based employee incentive compensation granted in 2014."


Wording looks to be about the same to me, so......
