Late filing......free to speculate as to why.....my take....personally I think it would be to show a more positive filing....waiting for a few things to happen...ie. reducing liabilities such as paying off the WHC note, likely, also (as previously PR'ed) paying off the other notes. Also likely, Suzie Q's Aurora site being fully updated and vetted by the Inspector, granted Tier 1 license, finalizing acquisition, and (possibly) showing revenues.

All-in-all I see it as a positive.
