Yes, we are all saying why wouldn't they buy back now while it's still low. They need most of the money they make expanding the company and any extra will go to buybacks. Of course buybacks is part of the plan but I think the company feels anything below .07 to .10 cents conservatively is still a great deal to buy back. I don't think they are worried about it. This is a long term stock and will be well worth the wait. IMO
