At least your smart enough to understand how they manipulate the truth so they don't get into trouble. I can give you an example back last year they said they were making a $25,000 investment into oil wells with some other company. After that news the stock rallied then they dumped. Now here's where the manipulation comes in that oil well company required a minimum $50,000 investment the shareholders did not know this but they did and knew very well that the $25,000 would be returned to them and it was. If you look at the last filing i think about a month ago you will see it there.. Its scum here plain and simple we have a new CEO but he's friends with the last guys he bought GDSM from. SHEA bought acquired GDSM for one reason and one reason only to dilute into every one of your buys after fluff news and line his pockets.
