SB, you conveniently ignored that the current average three-month daily volume is 236K shares. I don't like dilution anymore than any other investor. However, you and I know that selling shares is the only way biotechs without revenue stay afloat, other than a licensing deal or two. The issue we are talking about is the manner of raising needed money. I would prefer using the ATM and delaying a public secondary at this point in time.

Also, I didn't say that the company was selling 24K shares a day and you know that. 24k was an average. The average of selling 714K shares over all the 60+- trading days in the first quarter is less than half 24K if that is how you want to play.

Why must you and your buddies add so much drama to your side of the discussion? You in particular seem to rail against the company at every opportunity as a way of trying to get under the skin of those whom you dismissively label as bulls, or forever longs, etc. Why do you do that? What's the point?
