No he didnt.... this is what was said " The Company anticipates closing on a contract with its first client within the next 30 days." This news was pretty much saying he needs more time. But it was necessary for him to do this to let his shareholders know he's still working on it. He never said he WILL have a contract within 30 days so we just need to be patient.
