The first quarter was to soon to see reporting of revenues, We will likely see that on the June Quarterly.

In the first quarter ending March 31, 2014, the Company acquired a 49
% interest in a project located in Ecuador, South America. Zoloto will contribute $250,000 to upgrade a mill, which will be capable of processing gold, silver and copper ore, with a capacity of 100 tons of ore per day. The mill, which holds contracts to process ore for nine mines, is anticipated to earn gross revenue of $300,000 per month
