You aren't entitled to lawsuit documents -- they aren't public. When they are made public, you can get them along with everyone else.
LIKE I SAID -- Harry McMillan is a pumper. Of course your stock was inflated.
The fact that you know about the SEC investigation means you know someone -- that's not public information. You should look at the correlation of the tank of the stock and when Harry was booted, sold out of his 10% and didn't have to report trading anymore, and stopped pumping of the stock.
I actually don't have that much SNRV stock anymore. I got burned with everyone else and am trying to offset my capital losses. Once I'm convinced that Harry McMillan has quit meddling I may come back in for some speculative stock.
As you can see from the SEC link above there is a NEW proxy statement out and a NEW special shareholder's meeting scheduled in Dallas for 6/19 (we'll see if you and Colin Richardson and the gang try to challenge that one). I will be there to see what they have to say. Would love to meet you and see for a fact that you aren't one of Harry's cronies.
