The A/S is not raisd up, call the T/A, I called this morning it's 100 MIL Authorized. That DEF14 was Cornell Capitals doing, Tom has not changed it yet because of the ongoing SEC Investigation, but he is not going to dilute this stock, call yourself and ask some questions.
