g-invest Dude you must be dumb as a rock, the REG-SHO List IS NOT for stocks with Uncovered short position! It is for stocks that have "SHORT-FAILS" Or commonly called "NAKED SHORTS Or Fail to Deliver, thats what SHO is all about. When Cornell they set aside shares at the DTC reserved for shorting so they are Legit shorts, Cornell doesn't naked short and would not be on the SHO List. Read up buddy you got alot to learn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
