I cant says the captain disagrees wit that cause it may seem highly logical... howsever can anyone explain to this seadog n' his parrot how a CEO then is able to grow new shareholders, knowin if'n a large R/S is done once to rid the muck, that every future shareholder would think twice before investin cause it could happen again?


Seems like a Catch22 fer a CEO.. or is the captain missin something?

Any comment fer or against is welcome.
