drugmanrx, Spongetech was and is a stock scam;

The officers of Spongetech lied in the SEC filings and signed off on it under oath of Sarbanes-Oxley. It is not the SEC's fault. Again, compensation for a bad investment decision that many people made money that sold is ludicrous.
